Guidelines for submitting applications:

1. The applicant must be diagnosed with a chronic illness

2. The business must be home-based

3. The products must not be commericial in nature. Products such as vitamins, noni juice and “cures” will not be accepted.

4. There is no charge for listing your business.

If you would like to contribute a small percentage of your sales to Chronic Fatigue Research France, Inc., those funds will be earmarked for research donations.

5. If you have a web site available, it will be posted with your information.  You may also send pictures of your products.
